In 2013 Liz published the research that she conducted as part of her Bachelors degree dissertation into the Reiki Magazine 'Touch'.
This study found that there was a significant decrease in the overall frequency of stress behaviours displayed and an increase in the overall frequency of relaxation behaviours displayed by the Reiki group compared to that of the Control and Placebo groups.
In August 2018 Liz wrote a behaviour and training interview for the 'House of Henry's 7 Questions section of their website.

15th April 2021 Liz was featured in an article in the Cornish & Devon Post Newspaper, about being awarded Highly Commended Animal Behaviourist/ Trainer of the Year in the Animal Star awards 2020
